Why is it “From Wellness to Weight Loss”? Because it's not an either/or situation, but rather a continuum. One Journey. Because when our body’s are not in a healthy state it can be difficult if not impossible to lose weight. We all want to look and feel great but the truth is we must first prioritize our health in order to optimize our body’s ability to get rid of excess weight. If our detox pathways are not open, how can our body remove the waste in the first place?? This program is designed to not only support weight loss but to ALSO prioritize overall health so as to aid in that weight loss and then help KEEP it off. This is a program about WHOLE BODY and WHOLE LIFE health. This program is different. It requires no intensive workouts, no calorie counting, the diet recommendation are flexible and you can tailor it to fit your needs because we aren't all starting at the same place. But this program is NOT just about diet and exercise. In fact diet and exercise aren't even the first priorities on the list! Because they are essential but if you don't stack the blocks up in the right order you just aren't going to reach your maximum potential. In fact you might not even see any results at all. This program is about EDUCATION and EMPOWERMENT. It is designed in a way to teach you WHAT to do when your results stall.
